If your product is a custom print, the design has been confirmed by you and it has entered production, we cannot offer a refund. Due to the personalized nature of the product we cannot place it back into stock in case of a refund. If you request a refund prior to your product order entering production we can process a full refund. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we will offer a refund or replacement free of charge.
Refunds are possible within 30-days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. If your product arrives damaged from shipping we will aim to replace it as soon as possible free of charge, you can also request a refund.
