How much is the shipping cost to my country?

Shipping for our paper prints (no frame) to the EU & UK is free.

Shipping for paper prints outside of the above regions will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping for our framed prints is free to selected destinations, such as mainland UK. Continue to checkout to see an accurate shipping cost for your country

To find out the shipping cost (dependant on the weight, size and location for your order), please continue through the checkout process. Fill in your address and you will get an accurate shipping cost, if applicable.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to produce our prints within 3-5 working days. They will be despatched as soon as they are ready. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live and the season.

For orders to the UK and Europe, expect 5-7 business days after we have dispatched your custom product. For the USA and Canada, your order may take 1-2 weeks from the date of dispatch. For the rest of the world, we suggest a rough estimate of 2 weeks. Please consider the time to produce the print on top of these delivery estimates when placing your order.

Shipping costs to the UK, Europe and North America are free of charge, however shipments outside of Europe may be subject to handling fees, duties and tax subject to your jurisdiction, and which are payable by the recipient upon before the goods being released to you. Remember The Drive has no control over these fees and are not liable for the coverage.

What size is my product?

Most of our prints are available in either A3 or A2 - two popular frame sizes in case you decide to use your own frame. We may offer more sizes in the future.

How can I request a car that isn't available in your existing designs?

Please visit our Custom Order page and follow the instructions to submit a custom request.

Do you have a return/refund policy?

If your product is personalized, the design has been confirmed and it has entered production, we cannot offer a refund. Due to the personalized nature of the product we cannot place it back into stock in case of a refund. If you request a refund prior to your product order entering production we can process a full refund. However, the margin between ordering and entering production tends to be within 24 hours.

If your product arrives damaged from shipping we will aim to replace it as soon as possible free of charge.

How high-quality of a picture do I need to upload for the print to work?

Preferably the higher the quality the better. We recommend at least 1080p for your illustrations to turn out in the best detail. Most modern smartphone cameras are equipped with high-quality cameras that will meet these requirements.
